Sounds like a good offer but what is it exactly?
Turners Lowest Fee Guarantee is defined as being 0.1% (+VAT) below another agent’s standard fee based on a current valuation (within 28 days of our own valuation) of your property. The original valuation letter may be requested as proof.
I’m thinking of selling next year, can I get a valuation now and use it then?
Nice try, but unfortunately not. The offer only applies to houses put on the market for sale with Turners from 1st Sept to the 31st Oct 2018. That doesn’t mean to say we may not run the offer in the future so why not check back with us or give us a call when you do come to sell!
I got an internet agent in to value my home and they offer a fixed fee, can you match that?
Turners Lowest Fee Guarantee only applies to High Street Estate Agents (i.e. must have an office or shop front that members of the public can visit without prior appointment).
In terms of matching a fixed fee offer. If you want to pay fees upfront with no guarantee of selling or take out a credit agreement -which is what you are doing- if you agree to pay later, then no, we cannot and would not, want to match that.
If however you want your house sold for the best possible price, to the best possible buyer in the best possible timeframe then yes, Turners are a 4-times, award-winning, independent agency. So if you think your house deserves the best then give us a call and we can apply our lowest fee guarantee to any other high street agents you may have asked.
You are currently selling my property can I apply this offer to my contract?
Unfortunately, if you are already under a contract and on the market with ourselves or another agent we cannot apply the offer.
I want to use multiple agents; will your offer still apply?
Turners Lowest Fee Guarantee cannot be used with multiple agency contracts, though we may consider it for joint sole agency – this would be by individual negotiation during the valuation appointment and prior to any contract being signed. It cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers from ourselves or other agents.
The Agent down the road has an offer as well, you going to match that and better it?
Sorry no, Turners Lowest Fee Guarantee cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer from ourselves or any other agency. But, you may nonetheless find it worth your while giving us a call. Our award-winning service, plain English contracts and higher than industry average sell-through rate** may mean that any other promotional offers could be a false economy!
Do I have to sign up for a minimum period?
Yes, we ask that you give us a fair crack of the whip and sign up for a standard 10 week, sole agency period. Should we not have agreed a sale within that timeframe your contract automatically becomes an ongoing monthly rolling contract at the same agreed fee.
Another agent has said they won’t charge me at all! So if you go below that, it means you will pay me to sell my property!
Lol, not quite :-) We refer you back to our first stipulation in which the offer only applies to a competitor’s standard fee and no other promotions.
