Our fees are fully inclusive and there are NO HIDDEN CHARGES as we believe that it would be misleading to advertise a fee to get your instruction, only to add fees for tenancy agreements, deposit registration or even charging for a percentage for the arrangement of any works that may need to be carried out, all of which seem to be charged by most other agents.

From 7.2% inc VAT including:

  • Arranging the inventory & check-in

From 9.6% inc VAT including:

  • All the same services as let only


  • Collection of rent
  • Rent guarantee insurance
  • Legal cover



From 12% inc VAT including:

  • All the same services as rent collection


  • Quarterly inspections
  • Annual rent statements on request
  • 24hr dedicated maintenance line for tenants
  • Arranging for any required works to be carried out on the property


Let only: 6% inc VAT including rent review, contract updating and renegotiation
Rent Collection: 9.6% inc VAT including rent review, contract updating and renegotiation
Full Management: 12% inc VAT including rent review, contract updating and renegotiation


PROPERTY CHARGES (responsibility of landlord):

Inventory: Charged by the inventory company - Dependent on the size of the property and furnishings – Please ask for further details
Gas Safety Inspection: Required annually – Please ask for further details
Energy Performance Check: Required every 10 years – Please ask for further details
Check-out fee: Charged by the inventory company - The tenant is responsible for the check-in and the landlord for the check-out.
